Why Destasher?

Sewing, knitting, and crafting are just wonderful. But let’s be honest. Materials are pricey. And leftovers pile up. It often all ends up gathering dust.  Or worse, in landfill.

We all have it: the stash.

Meanwhile, hunting down secondhand materials and supplies isn’t easy. Charity shops are hit and miss. And online marketplaces aren’t tailored for these kinds of things. It often feels like searching for a needle in a haystack.

That’s why the idea for Destasher was born: a go-to community where creators connect, make the most of what we already have, and get inspired.

Imagine the creativity we’ll unlock, and the waste we’ll prevent.

Let’s destash, restash, and create. Together.
